DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery will be ensured within 4-7 working days through third party. The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe to be followed by Chemlube Limited. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), etc
RETURN POLICY
A user may return any product during the time of delivery if:
1. Found the product/s damaged during delivery.
2. Return should be handed over to the delivery person after checking the parcel instantly.
But products may not be eligible for return or replacement if:
1. Products with tampered or missing serial/Tracking numbers
2. Any product that is returned without seller packaging and accessories including the box.
Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:
1. User cancels a paid order within 24hrs after confirming the products.
2. The refund amount to the user’s payment source within 7 working days.
